WE WILL EDIT ALL PICS TO BE A HEAD-AND-SHOULDER SHOT,
so make sure your picture will still look good if we have to edit it !!
Before uploading your picture, make sure:
1) it meets the REQUIREMENTS (click here)
2) it is 300 dpi
3) it is at least a 1MB file size
4) the file is named "first name, last name" or it may not get accepted.

You will receive an onscreen verification of your upload. If you followed the requirements, then you should be all set! If there is a problem with your picture, you will be contacted (typically in the spring) to resolve the issue.
